  1. Find property – hint: if address doesn’t work, find parcel number on NWMLS- if plat is newly recorded it may not be in the system. Look on MWMLS Property Map tab or google maps to manually find on map.
  2. toggle layers to find topography/ critical areas/ snow loads/ streams

  • search by book and page (if that is known., typically only full plats) or search by parcel id
  • download plat maps to project info folder
  • check title, easements, any records worth noting to client for property history
